Delivered the AWS brand refresh, including its first unified brand strategy, narrative, and voice. Led the copy and video team through implementation, adoption, and iteration across global teams and creative agencies. Partnered with cross-functional leaders to bring the brand to life at scale across campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences. Worked with Brand Strategy to develop a positioning platform to guide the next evolution of the brand.

As part of the leadership team, helped define and manage org structure, team charter, team health, new business opportunities, project intake, and resource allocation.

Starbucks 2015 - 2022

Led a team of writers and designers through global restructuring and new leadership. Developed and implemented a brand evolution at scale through brand guides, creative agency management, and internally developed integrated campaigns (in-store, OOH, digital, social, experiential, partnerships, product and packaging).

Starbucks 2014 - 2015

Owned the voice for Starbucks social media channels. Wrote and directed content across all major social channels. Partnered with photographers, art directors, and creative agencies to develop campaigns and evergreen content.

Developed campaign concepts and copy for HP, and supported new business and pro bono initiatives, including sourcing and introducing local business partnerships.
